Step One
Express your concern directly to school Resolved personnel, in most instances the classroom teacher

If the issue is not resolved to the satisfaction of both parties

Step Two
Make a formal complaint in writing to Deputy Principal(s) or Principal for investigation and

Step Three
The matter is thoroughly investigated in a fair and transparent manner that accords respect to all parties and reflects the principles of natural

Step Four
All parties informed of outcomes

Please note. (i) All parties involved should keep written records and copies of actions taken (ii) Complaints regarding the Principal should be made to the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees (iii) If not happy with outcome/process can make a formal written complaint to BOT chairperson.
