Heres What We Have Been Up To

Rock Man Comes to Spring Street! Creating Images

We were lucky to have a great presentation by Tom Luby about being a geologist. Mr. Luby was nice enough o take time out of his busy day to discuss his time as a geologist and share his extensive rock collection. The students did a great job showing their knowledge and asked some fantastic questions!

We finished up our unit on creating images this week. It was a nice connection to writing as we are working on writing descriptive settings for our narrative pieces of writing. The secret number is 12.
