My swede will be on Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone.

Considering this is a mainstream Hollywood blockbuster film it will be well known by all. Therefore the exchange process of our swede and therefore convergence will be word of mouth, social networking sites (e.g. summary and trailers/posters) posted on the swedes own Facebook page. The synergy we will use is a continuous colour and logo for Harry Potter swede such as recognisable typography. There will be a recognisable main character that will feature on all of our media platforms such as posters, social network sites, possibly a trailer. The advantages of synergy and media convergence for institutions and audiences are recognition to the audience- gaining consistent fans and easier promotion therefore when people recognize synergy they will publicize the swede through word of mouth. Institutions benefit greatly from these two media devices as they can use synergy to promote businesses e.g. Logos. Audiences will benefit from synergy and convergence also as it means they can exchange topics with each other when recognizing the typography for example on a trailer before the explanation of the film begins as its iconic.
