LEMANG

Lemang is traditional food from Tapanuli Selatan, Sumatera Utara. Lemang is maked Bamboo and protect with banana leaves. Lemang also include of simple food and easy to maked for everyone. The ingredients to make Lemang are rice, coconut and salt. The step to making lemang are: 1. First, washing rice and put them into bamboo protect with banana leaves. 2. Then, give coconut milk and a little sale.

The picture above is not yet finished lemang For making this lemang, cant enter coconut milk into bamboo too much, because it can make every to stale or smell. So just give a little coconut milk. And also salt too, dont give to much. Because it can make it more salty. So give salt just a little.
