1.0 Description
This Needle is designed to be compatible with Agilent 1100 HPLC systems. It is equivalent to Agilent part number G131387201.

2.0 Specifications
2.1 Wetted Components
316 Stainless Steel 6. Move the needle carriage down to its lowest position. 7. Install the new needle and align it with the needle seat. 8. Reconnect the sample loop. 9. Inspect that after tighten the set screw the needle is still aligned above with the needle seat.

3.0 Replacement Frequency

Replacement may be indicated by leaks at the needle seat or due to a burred/deformed/bent needle. The tip of the needle should be inspected whenever the needle seat is replaced.

4.0 Installation Information

CTSs parts are designed to be compatible and interchangeable with the OEM parts. 1. Remove Front Cover. 2. With the system in the change needle section of the maintenance functions, select the needle down button until the needle set screw is exposed through the hole in the safety cover. 3. Disconnect the sample loop from the needle. 4. Loosen the set screw until the needle moves freely. 5. Remove the old needle.
