1 cup white spelt flour 1 egg 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 3 tablespoons water as needed

500 g strong white flour 3 large free range eggs 8 egg yolks 2 1/3 c All purpose flour 2 lg Eggs (for better pasta, use 1 tb Olive oil 1 1/3 c AP flour and 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Semolina flour) 1/3 c Water
