I am a creative, enthusiastic primary school teacher with 4 years experience in key stage one and two. In addition to this I also have a very strong working background office and customer service environments. I am outgoing, articulate, bubbly, and an all round person with lots of ambition. I have always been hardworking, a consummate team player and I pride myself in having excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills. I enjoy meeting and working with different kinds of people, working towards challenges and deadlines and my previous experience has left me very people focussed and efficient. In addition to this I am highly computer literate with experience in a variety of applications, software and typing.

This is an ad hoc role of which I take on work through various promotions/modelling agencies. As brand ambassador/sampler/mystery shopper I travel to locations all over the South West and promote products on the behalf of various companies e.g. I have promoted new drink labels at concert venues and bars/clubs in and around the South West area as well as sampling food and beauty products in similar locations. This role requires me to take the initiative, be proactive, and use my bubbly personality. This was a temporary holiday/sickness cover role in a large accountants firm. I was mainly responsible for answering and directing calls through a busy switchboard. In addition to this I distributed internal and external post, booked meetings, prepared meeting and conference calling rooms, did copy typing for partners and completed mail merges for the building.

This is a role in a school in its 3rd year. I am a creative and enthusiastic classroom teacher. I work closely with children, families, teachers, teaching assistants and other staff to provide challenging, high quality and engaging learning experiences. I work as part of a year 3/4 planning team and plan core and creative topic based learning for children across three classes. Within my current class I have a varying degree of need but despite this I have had many successes in the reading and writing levels where children have made good progress. This role was telephone and computer based whereby I took inbound and outbound calls regarding customers legal cover on their car insurance. I dealt with anything from general enquires to complaints. During my time in the company I worked closely with partner law firms, the DVLA and other insurance companies to ensure customer claims were completed. This was a challenging role as I had to be aware of recent legislations. I had to be organised throughout the day and make careful decisions as to whether we could offer legal rights of our customers. Market Research Ltd Telephone Researcher April 05-April 06 This role was telephone based. I conducted market research and sales interviews with the general public or corporate persons on the behalf of major clients such as Lloyds TSB, HSBC, AA Group and Inland Revenue and Customs. The role involved listening attentively to customer compliments/complaints and filling out questionnaires of varied length on their behalf. Patience, initiative and use of my bubbly personality was needed to complete sales targets on time. Speedy typing was vital as some interviews involved word for word verbatim. In addition I also took on roles involving the editing and redrafting of verbatim recorded by other researchers. St Annes Out of School Club Play-worker June 04-June 07

This was a role that I held during my university studies as it concentrated on out of school hours time such as half term/summer holidays. My school club work involved generally looking after and looking out for the welfare of children from the ages of 3 to 11 years old where parents were unable to look after them. As part of a team I arranged activities, day trips, provided snacks and actively communicated with parents regarding their childrens welfare.
