Ingredients
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds 1 Onion large chopped 200 grams Paneer 2 tsp Butter Unsalted 1 Tomato medium chopped 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds 2 lbs Spinach as per taste Salt

Directions
Heat butter in a pan on medium heat, and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and fennel seeds and heat them for 15 secs. Add the chopped onions and saut until golden brown. Add chopped tomato, salt and saut for 2 more mins. Add spinach (fresh or pureed) and saut. Add Paneer cubes and let the mixture cook for 15 mins on medium heat. Serve hot with roti/bread or rice.
