Job Title: Planning Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB
Coordination between the team and the directors, follow ups and
supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Ensure that the executive team is working accordingly with the
tagline and deadlines to deliver their assignment
Responsible of all the communication between the outsourced
companies and the Logistics Team
Follow up on the communication with agents concerning the Logistic
matters
Handles the communication between the operation and logistic
executives and the Projects Department Manager
Report any Executive personnel if necessary to the Projects
Department Manager
Works with the Sales and Marketing Department on assuring the floor
plan update
Closely supervise the flow of the event until the execution then the
bump in and out
Ensure that the filing and archiving of the events material are
properly handled
Prepare the Post Show report after the event
Prepare the weekly report for the Projects Department Manager
Assist the Senior Projects Manager with the daily tasks

ORGAIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Reports directly to the Projects Department Manager and supervises
the Operations and Logistics Executives
