Meeting Minutes Date: 4-29-13 Roll Call: Eric Harris 3, Caroline Tramaglio, Minutes of: 3-25-13 were aproved

Old Business:
MAD we will vote on having a box so that people can send cards to people who made a difference. We voted and it was approved. We discussed that the box will have to be in the library, the office or Mrs.Shoffs room. Irish made a motion to have the MAD box in the library the motion passed.

Then we talked about what we would donate any money that we earned for activities we do No movie night from student council. We voted on giving to the wounded worrior center and the vote did not pass. Total profit $206.80, Euro 37,70

Then we talked about a donation drive for the wounded worrior center. No bullying week. At the end of the year make a banner for the people who commited to not bullying the whole year. We talked about a carnival for our school.

~We had a bathroom break.

Then we talked about a family night. Then we talked about what we would do for our family night we decided to do it reading theamed family night. Then we discussed when it would be. We voted on having it on the 10 of May, the motion passed. Then we talked about how we would have to arrive early to make sure everything is ok. Dance: We talked about the theme of the dance. The themes we came up with were ugly sweater, sockcot,or a gaming thing, super hero, costume, mystery, or ocean themethemed. Then we did the bulliten board and stuff for Howdy Week. we say what new kids we had for our howdy week. We talked about the bakesale money, and what we are going to do with it. We talked about how the family night food will be provided by the PTO. Then we talked about instead of a carnival a end of the year dance. . We talked about a teacher day and what we would do was make a seprate box for the teachers. Then we made our posters for the bakesale. we saw what new kids we had for our howdy week. New Business: Then we made our posters for the bakesale. We had another bakesale came back to the room counted the money. We voted on having the reading night in the cafeteria motion passed. Then we voted on moving the date of the reading night to the 17th motion passed. Then we talked about having guest readers and how Mrs.Shoff would ask for teachers to be a guest readers. Then we voted on having our end of the year dance ocean themed motion passed. Then we talked about slogans for our dance.
