Title: Administrative Assistant- AD1 (also R1, R2) Employer: BGD Group Location: Mississauga, ON.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening. Salary: $24,000 to $30,000 and Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Group Insurance, and Life Insurance benefits. Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related. Accounting background preferred. Experience: 1- 2 years of experience.

The Accounting and Tax practice is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Mississauga Team. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor complex projects to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, forms, presentations, applications and other documents from notes Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person Provide general information to staff, clients and the public regarding company Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing Sort and file documents according to established filing systems, locate and retrieve documents from files as requested and maintain records of filed and removed materials Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases

Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail Assist with administrative procedures such as budget submissions, contracts administration and work schedules May perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits May sort, process and verify receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents R1 responsible for Accounts Payable, receiving mail, getting approved, and scanning R2 responsible for Accounts Receivable

Other Skills/ Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, or in a team, with little supervision Project management and organizational skills Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience using accounting software an asset Excellent customer service skills, with ability to understand and build client relationships Strong problem solving skills
