INTERNATIONAL TEACHERS DAY

In many countries, Teachers' Days (or Teachers Day) are intended to be special days for the appreciation of teachers, and may include celebrations to honour them for their special contributions in a particular field area, or the community in general. The date on which Teachers' day is celebrated varies from country to country. Teachers' days are distinct from World Teachers' Day which is officially celebrated across the world on October 5.

Teachers are an extremely important facet of any society for a multitude of reasons. Teachers are the people who educate the youth of society who in turn become the leaders of the next generation of people. Teachers are the people who are teaching children and imparting knowledge upon them in their most impressionable years, what these kids learn from their teachers at a young age will most likely stay with them in some facet for the rest of their lives. So,

teachers certainly have a significant mark on the development of young children and even older children alike, as they are teaching them and helping them develop their knowledge so that they can go on in life and be responsible and productive members of society. On 5th October International teachers day was celebrated throughout the school . Like other subjects the students of Islamic Education were the teachers for that Day. They prepared their four part lesson plans on different Islamic Topics. The student teachers were chosen from Year-6 . They went to the classes of Year3 and 4. The student teachers prepared many presentations and Interesting Starter Activities for Kids. These young teachers delivered their lessons Very well and engaged the students in Learning. The Student Teachers enjoyed the Day a lot with their role as a Teacher . This Day was dedicated to all teachers and a Day of giving Thanks to the Teachers.
