(o)*'ion# Mud tanks and pumps. P+*)'i)e# 1. he derrickman and any helpers he can get disconnect the mud lines bet!een the mud tanks. "tart at the cooling tank as it is the first load re#uired at the ne! location. Hammer the unions loose and slide the pipes back in to the tanks and tighten the unions back up so nothing fall out on the move. $npin and secure all the spreaders. 2. he electrician and his helpers disconnect all cables bet!een the tanks, leave the lights til last. %. &ig out the manifold lines if not complete. 'ay the degasser over !ith the crane and skid a!ay. his can be loaded out at any time. 'oad out the manifold to give access to the cranes. (. &emove the flo! line. ). &emove the line for the tank degasser. *. &emove the stairs from the floor to the cooling tank and make sure to rope off the opening to the hand rails at the rig floor. +. ,reak the unions on the suction lines to the pumps and slide them into the tanks and tighten the unions up. -. .old do!n the lights using the crane as necessary. /. 'oad out the cooling tank. 10. &emove the handrails that meet bet!een the shaker tank and tank 2. &emove the easiest ones, only one on each side !here the tanks 1oin needs to be removed. 2f you do not, the handrails can be damaged. 'eave the handrails in until the cranes are ready. 11. &emove the gratings bet!een the tanks. Men doing this !ill !ear safety belts anchored to keep back from the open spaces. "lide the gratings onto the shaker tanks and secure them. 12. "et the stairs to the centrifuge on the number 2 tank and secure for the move. 'oad out the centrifuge. 1%. &emove the handrails and the gratings bet!een tanks 2 and % as above steps. 1(. 'oad out tank 2. 1). 'oad out the fire pumps. 1*. 'oad out the !ater tanks. 1+. &emove the stairs from tank % and set them on the tank, and secure. 1-. &emove the gratings from bet!een tanks % and ) and slide them onto tank % and secure for the move. 1

'oad out the discharge manifold and the mud pump suitcases. 2*. 'oad out the mud pumps and the matting. 2+. All these loads go to the ne! location and are spotted as they arrive.
