Cleaning plan

1. We will pump 50 bbls of milky spacer first before pumping k*formate mud
then we will start to displace the hole w/ new formate mud (90pcf).
2. Once we have the spacer on surface we will dump the contamination
spacer with mud then take the rest with some mud and fill up one of the
trip tanks.
3. After filling up the trip tank we should stop and clean the ditch line and all
surface lines from old mud(all surface lines should be cleaned and flushed
by water to reduce the old mud and solid contaminations)
4. Once we finish cleaning we will change the shaker screens to 125mic as
mud engineers request.
5. We want to install the centrifuge as soon as we can in the intermediate
tank.

 This mud is very expensive mud, we will try to minimize the surface
losses as much as we can, even the dead volume we will suck it by air
pump.
 This mud is solid free mud we should reduce the contamination of
old mud and any kind of water.
 Don’t use any source of water to clean the rig floor or in the shale
shaker during drilling until you tell the mud engineer.
 This mud is a big reason of corrosion if the ph get less than 10, it will
cause corrosion to the tanks, pipes and casing and this is we don’t
want it to happen.
 This mud is safe for hands and safety shoes, it doesn’t cause shrink to
the safety shoes like other brine salt.
Any question ask mud engineers (24hours)
