NBR-575 Operation game plan

HRDH-1201 Running 4 ½’’ completion

TO: RM/NTP, DR, AD, ME, BAKER ENG, FRANKS. AL-MANSORI S/L.
After reconfigure and pressure test the BOP’s. Please proceed with the following:

1. PJSM, R/U Franks handling tools and Jam Unit.


2. M/U landing assy as follow: (L/Sub + 1 Jt Vam Top HC Tubing + 4 ½ VAM TOP FOSV +
41/2’’ VAM TOP Pin X XT54 Box XO + side entry sub + TIW + 5 ft Pup). L/D the same.
3. R/U FRANKS P/U MACHINE.
4. P/U and M/U tail pipe assy (Jt #1 w/cut as half mule shoe + 1 PUP Jt + Jt#2).
5. R/U slick line and perform drift run to 91’ w/3.795’’ Gauge cutter.
6. P/U and M/U lower R-Nipple assy (R-Nipple assy + Jt#3).
7. Perform drift run to 46’ w/3.795’’ Gauge cutter.
8. P/U and M/U (Baker Packer assy + PBR SEAL ASSY + XO + jt#4) as per Baker Eng and RIH
to 256.657’.
9. Perform drift run to 154’ with 3.5” Gauge cutter.
10. Continue RIH W/ 4 ½’’ TBG Completion as per tally to 9119.85’ (total joint run: 231
joint).

 Drift after joint no 80, 157, 231


11. P/U and M/U Upper R-Nipple assy (XO + R-Nipple assy + XO).
12. Continue RIH W/ 4 ½’’ TBG Completion as per tally to 11591’ (total joint run: 294 joint)
 Carefully pass 7’’TOL @ 9748’
 Call baker Eng. Before 7’’ TOL.
13. M/U FOSV and circ head, Reverse circ. 1.25 string content (216 bbl) with filtered water
w/ 3 bbl/min pump rate.
14. Record the completion string weight-up and string-weight-down.
15. M/U and RIH jt# 295 (slowly pass 4 ½’’ TOL at 11601’) into the 4-1/2” ZXP PBR and tag
PBR bottom. Pick up ± 3 ft.
16. R/U S/L with lubricator (P/T S/L Lubricator to 3000 psi) and perform drift run to 2487’
w/3.795’’ Gauge cutter.
17. S/L Install PR plug/prong on slick line to the lower “R” nipple at 11,529.7’. POOH and
R/D S/L Lubricator.
18. R/U Circ head and connect surface line (Hall flush and Test lines to 5,000 psi).
19. Space out the packer setting depth in order to have the mule shoe 5 ft above the bottom
of the PBR.
20. Start to set S-3 packer by gradually pressuring up 2,200 psi and hold for 5 min. Monitor
TCA for any returns.
21. Slack off 20,000 lbs to ensure packer bottom slip is set. Then pressure up to 4,000 psi
and hold for 10 minutes. Bleed off pressure.
22. Apply 20,000 lbs over-pull to pull test the packer.
23. Go back to neutral weight. Close BOP and test annulus with tubing to 1500 psi. Bleed off
pressure.
24. Retrieve the PR plug/prong in the “R” nipple at 11,529.7’. Rig down S/L.
25. Pick up the tubing string with 40,000 lbs over the tubing weight and pressure up the
tubing to 2,000 psi and shear PBR. Bleed off pressure.
26. Sting out PBR W/seal assy and perform space out calc.
27. Install the necessary space pup joints at two full joints below the tubing hanger assy.
28. P/U and M/U TBG HGR assy.
29. S/L Drift to 200 ft below the tubing hanger.
30. M/U TBG HGR landing ass with TBG HGR.
31. Place the seal assembly 10 ft above PBR.
32. R/U surface line for normal and reverse Circ.

Further game plan for pickling operation will be followed.


Notes:

 Have a safety Valve ready with cross over at the RF


 Total Jts of 4 ½ tbg to be run in completion 295 joints. Total on location 365 joints
 Wash all Tbg on rack before picking up.
 Apply very thin coat of dope on pin & box end with paint brush.
 All circulating rate with seal assembly in hole @ 3BPM (29SPM).
 Keep annulus full at all time.
 Line up BOP’S and choke manifold for hard shut in.
 Cover the well all times.
 Any rejected joints, call direct Co.Man.
