Trial in court + fine $175 if victim suicides then they pay for the funeral. Confiscation of alcohol/cigarettes + $300 fine. 18 months in prison min + $5000 fine. Life in prison min. 5 years in prison min.

Littering.

Rape. Cyber bullying.

No drinking/smoking in public in public. Burglary/robbery. Murder. Kidnapping.

How laws will be made Members of the community suggest laws and the council and mayor approve them.

Who enforces the laws? A neighbourhood watch group made by the council enforce the laws. The community watch will not have guns, only pepper spray and Tasers. There will be a court that will see all serious cases.
