Students (ALL) work in SLC groups on batting practice, games and investigate what effect they can have on the ball in relation to their feet, body positioning and handgrips through a variety of batting and striking sports. hey are to understand how making contact with the ball at different times and height, will effect the direction that the ball travels. In the last unit I was a $oa$h so I learned how to be a sports leader" I learned thing su$h as. (amburger $riti$ism! I/ve also learned #experien$ed this last unit& that you should always be reading for if your original plan didn/t work out be$ause you need spe$ial e0uipment or be$ause it is to slippery for your exer$ise" I/ve also learned that warm1 ups are $ru$ial things be$ause if you don/t do them or do them $orre$t you $an get badly in2ured and $an/t play for a long time" 3 leader should make sure that everyone in is team does it" (e should also make sure that people do their $ool downs to relax the body so that their mus$le won/t a$he" It/s also important to stay positive even when they are playing bad" #we saw this in a video where the $oa$h was s$reaming at his team& ,here is a saying whi$h I find is true. When the team starts fighting with eachother the game is already lost.

My only prior knowledge of an edmodo quiz is the 7s rugby quiz. I do have some knowledge of a batting sport, as I said before I played softball last year for N !I" and I will probably do it again this year. I will need to develop my knowledge over $ri$ket be$ause I don/t know mu$h about that yet"
