Helped managers evaluate the company's career website and provided my personal recommendations. Analyzed the data from LinkedIn, to help the company increase employees' usage rate of LinkedIn. Analyzed the feasibility of the project, and the impact of the project to the company, as a team leader. Analyzed the Recruiting Metrics, and provided an updated metrics to the manager. Led new interns to participate in orientation and visit production line. Cooperated with company's social media department, to help raise public awareness of the company. Helped managers to create the company's training date table in order to increase employees traceability of the training courses. Analyzed the feasibility of setting up position, and indirectly helped company to saved 10% cost of searching talents.

Participated in company's telemarketing, summer camp propaganda and trained in the skill of teaching. Studied abroad experience(5 years in the U.S. and 1 month in Europe), then organized a student meeting, and let them learn more about foreign cultural and helped them improve their language skills.
