PDS Tech - Boeing Charleston Interview and Assessment Rules By agreeing to attend and attending the PDS Tech

Boeing Charleston interview and assessment on December 11, 2013, you agree to the following terms: 1. You understand that you are not an employee of PDS Tech, Inc. or The Boeing Company. Your travel to and from the Boeing Charleston interview site is strictly for YOUR benefit. 2. You understand that all expenses that you incur traveling to and from the Boeing interview site are your responsibility and not that of PDS Tech. 3. You understand that you are responsible for any damages or injuries that may result during your travel to and from the Boeing interview site. You are responsible for obtaining your own insurance to protect yourself during your travel. You indemnify PDS Tech, Inc. and The Boeing Company for any damage you may cause or contribute to during your travel. 4. You understand that your successful completion and passing of the interview and assessment does not guarantee your employment by PDS Tech. 5. Upon your successful completion and passage of the interview and assessment, PDS Tech will pay you $200 for the reimbursement of any expenses you may have incurred traveling to and from the Boeing Charleston interview site. If you do NOT successfully complete and pass the interview and assessment, you will not receive any expense reimbursement. 6. These terms supersede and replace any and all terms that may have been previously communicated to you regarding the Boeing Charleston interview and assessment program.
