MAKE YOUR VERY OWN PERFECT PIZZA

CRUST

Ingredients:
500 grams of all purpose plain flour
1 Tsp yeast
1 tsp honey
300 ml warm water
5-6 Tsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:
1.Sift flour.
2.Mix all dry ingredients.
3. Add 3/4 of warm water first.
4.Mix well.
5. Add the rest of water.
6.Work with the dough till it becomes soft.
7.Mix the olive oil.
8.Let the dough rest for 1 ½ hour in a dry
place at room temperature.
9.The dough should double in size.
10.Punch the dough down.
11.It is ready to be used.

I shall leave you to decide on the topping.


But remember that the sauce comes first,
afterwards the topping and finally the
cheese.
