TOPIC: Technoserver-the power of youth .......................... Reason for implementation of this IDEA. The major problem of our country is we are still developing. All students do not get quality education. (Specially from rural and urban areas.) There is still a gap of 2 years in between a students from urban and semi-urban area on the basis of mental age. (For e.g. If a student is studying in a school of urban area then he perform practices, make practical life projects based on different topics but there is no any scope of such type of things among the students from semi-urban areas.) Still after completing our 4 year B.tech life many among us dont learn Technical Communication skills, Team work and Management skills.

Measure question is how we can solve these Problems. Answers of these question is with our idea.

Our idea We can organize seminars, workshop and conduct exams during our holidays for school students (mainly from semi urban areas) that help in increasing their scope of thinking. And to provide them a right way to think and get success in every field of LIFE. And let them compete with this competitive world and face their future.

How this will be beneficial for us? Answer is quite simple by organising seminars we can enhance our technical communication skill free of cost, we can learn how to do team work and how to manage.

It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness.
