 As of August 2009, we have now entered the
Interim Stage
 The JMB will progress to form the JMC upon
release of the Strata Title. The date for formation
of the JMC has yet to be identified.
 The entire process is governed by the
Commissioner Of Buildings (COB, MPJBT) to
ensure everything goes accordingly.
