 In India many villages and areas are far away from banking facility and its people are still unbanked due to this they are unable to
participate directly in our economy. To provide unbanked and under-bank people banking facilities, Govt of India started
Financial Inclusion, a part of e-Governance project. In this process Bank select Business Correspondent for these areas and BCs
provide banking facilities.SS

 FINO SEVA is value added services for FINO customers. Where they can get a facility of Mobile Recharge, Railway Reservation
Booking, DTH Recharge and LIC Premium Payment at their door step.

Key Responsibilities
 Hands on experience on Biometric Smart Card- POS platform Based banking “Business correspondent Model” through agents and
merchants model.
 Was a part of launching Micro-Remittance, FINO SEVA, and HDFC ERGO Micro-Insurance etc at my territory.
 Monitoring and executing FI project of OBC Bank and FINO products (SEVA, Insurance and MDM).
 Analyze business potential during setting merchant center and remittance in bank branch.
 Identifying and finalizing Merchants for MDM (Micro Deposit Machine or Mini ATM), FI and Remittance.
 Leading and monitoring a huge team of agents, operators and merchants and motivate and push them to achieve sales targets.
 Liaising with bank managers and resolving backend operational issues.
 Maintain and recording daily MIS and manage cash management system and monthly backend reckon conciliation.
