Ingredients
Dough
500 ml flour 5 ml sugar 5 ml salt 10 ml instant yeast 200 ml hot water
Toppings
25 ml margarine 1 ml garlic powder 1 ml oregano & basil 15 ml parmesan cheese
Directions
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. Preheat oven 450 degrees F. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir Well. Add hot water & stir quickly until dough forms a ball & pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Form a ball & knead on a lightly floured surface for at least 5 minutes. Once the dough is kneaded into a smooth ball with tiny blisters under the surface, cover with a towel let rest for 5-10 minutes. Roll into a rectangle about inch thick (length of pinkie nail). Cut into strips 1 inch wide & place on an unlined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven, brush with melted margarine & sprinkle with toppings.
