    Tosha Lord is a fourth degree Black Belt in Goju Ryu Karate, and has been teaching Martial Arts since 1992. Specializing in womens self defense, Tosha has taught workshops for companies and community organizations across Ontario.

    Practical and effective self defense techniques which can be utilized on the street, in the workplace, or wherever a potentially dangerous situation arises. This is a hands-on workshop please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

    Quintus Chapter Brantford has been helping office professionals reach their career goals through education, community building, and leadership development since 1956. This Chapter meets monthly at the Best Western Plus Brant Park Inn at 6:00 p.m. on the last Monday of each month.
