    Mary Student Council Dance Chaperone Request


    Dear 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Parents, The Student Council is sponsoring a dance on Friday, February 14, 2014 from 7-10 pm in the school gym. For the safety of the students, we need a minimum of 10 chaperones at the dance. Two chaperones will be in charge of selling refreshments, some will be stationed at doors, and the remaining chaperones will circulate the dance floor. If you are available to chaperone this dance on Friday, Febrary 14, please return the bottom of this form to Mrs. Sawyer as soon as possible.
