Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) is the Radio Access Method
In GSM, we use TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) as the transmission method between the different network elements. For UMTS, ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) has been chosen as the transmission method in the radio access network Basic difference between TDM and ATM is that in TDM, we use timeslots for conveying information between network elements. For remaining Circles of South Zone, installation and commissioning work is in full force. 3G planning for West Zones is completed and is to commence within next 3 months BSNL 3G services will be available in 750+ cities across India within next 6 months A plethora of new VAS and Location Based Services are in the design and implementation stages and would be offered to BSNL customers in near future

How do I make a video call? Just dial the phone number of the person (same number as a normal voice call). The only difference is that you press the Video Call button instead of the voice call button (all 3G mobiles have a video calling button). Then hold your mobile in front of you, and watch your screen How do I know that I am receiving a video call? If someone "Video Calls" you while you're in 3G coverage, your mobile shows an icon on the mobile screen. To answer, press the Video Call button. Choosing postpaid voice plan through different 2G & 3 G tariff plans

The customer can choose any voice plan of his choice out of the existing 2G & 3G postpaid plans with FMC more than Rs.225. For availing 3G services with 2G voice plans, the existing/new postpaid customer has to pay an additional FMC of Rs.50 The existing commission payable on new postpaid connection as per S&D policy will continue to apply. However, the upfront commission paid with SIM and submission of CAF is to be adjusted from the total commission payable as per S&D policy

In case of migration from 2G to 3G, the customer may continue with the existing 2G SIM without any charge or may opt for a new 3G USIM with higher memory for Rs.59

In case of migration from 2G prepaid to 3G prepaid, the unutilized account balance and validity in 2G will be carried forward to 3G

If a subscriber wants a change from a particular 3G plan to other 3G plan or 2G plan or vice versa, the customer has to recharge with FRC of the desired plan. However, while using the FRC for migration purpose the discount will be allowed will be at normal rate applicable to RCV

Replacement of defective SIM/ USIM will be free of cost to be made at CSC only, if the replacement of SIM/ USIM is due to technical reason beyond the control of customer. However, if the replacement of SIM/ USIM is due to customer negligence Rs.59 (Incl. of S.Tax) will be levied. In case customer wants new USIM, replacing the existing 2G SIM, the customer will also have to pay Rs.59

Try to download the application from a different location where network is stronger How much memory do I need to have to install & run the MIMOBI TV application? To install and run the MIMOBI TV you must have minimum of 2MB free memory Accidentally I installed the application in my Phone memory, how do I move it to my Mobile Memory Card? If you have already installed MiMobi TV, follow the installation instructions. It will ask you to install in phone memory or Mobile Memory Card. Choose Mobile Memory Card. It will replace MiMobi TV from phone memory to Mobile Memory I got a message saying reinstall the application, but when I try to reinstall the MIMOBI TV I get same message? Some MIMOBI TV applications files are deleted from your device. So, you have to freshly download the MIMOBI TV application and install it

Please try to reinstall the application once again and try to invoke the application. If problem continues, please call customer care I installed MIMOBI TV application, registered for monthly plan and was using it. Somehow I reinstalled MIMOBI TV application and it shows me registration screen again. What happened to my previous registration plan? When you re-install MIMOBI TV application on your mobile then the application will automatically start from the beginning for the first time. As you are already registered, please try to register again with the same Plan you opted at the time of registration so that subscription charges will not be charged again

Product Required Lists the product requirement from one of four options namely New 3G Mobile, 3G Data Card, 3G VAS and 2G to 3G Migration Source of info about 3G Lists the source from where the customer got the 3G info. It could be one of seven options namely, TV, Newspaper, Banner, Internet, Radio, Friends/ Relatives/ Colleagues, Call/SMS from Call Centre Street Address Example: 1, HCM Lane, Janpath City Example: Delhi Locality Should be one of the prominent areas into which the city has been divided. Reason for Rejection It lists the reason why the lead was rejected. It could be one of five options namely Handset not available, Data card too expensive, Tariff not attractive, Benefits not appealing, Poor network coverage Nearby CSC It lists the CSC nearest to customer Franchisee Lists the franchisee to whom the BSNL Sales node has allocated the lead and who is responsible for lead conversion POS to pursue/ Nearby Retailer Name of the actual retailer who would pursue, if available or else Franchisee would do the same

Expected Visit Date Would list the date at which the customer is likely to purchase the product Next Call Back Date Would list the date and time at which the customer would prefer to be contacted again Conversion Date Captures the date and time of lead conversion Phone number Lists the phone number that has been allocated to the customer on lead conversion into actual connection Alarm Highlights the leads that require immediate follow up. Eg: Leads pending for more than 02 days, etc

There are 4 stages that a lead goes through (lead generation/ capture, lead allocation, lead follow-up, lead closure) Also, a lead can have 1 of 5 status messages at any given point of time (mentioned earlier) Ageing reports should be generated by selecting the current status of leads & the stage from which ageing analysis is to be carried out Consolidated ageing analysis Stage-wise completion analysis
