    How frustrating! Nothing can be found at a moment`s notice, paper work is piling up, files are all over the place. Work is inefficient, stressful and not very zen.

    Ah! Much better.

    SORT O.k where do we start? Let`s sort this area. What is really necessary to perform my job? All the rest must go.

    SET IN ORDER Everything has a home. Visual management is a great strategy. ie: Items are color coded; trace the outline of the items where they`re meant to be.

    SHINE Make everything pika pika or spic & span. Cleanliness in the office helps us to work well & impress clients. Very zen.

    STANDARDIZE Do your best. Work harder. No long lasting results can be kept with this approach. Standards, checklists and guidelines are essential.

    SUSTAIN Let`s celebrate a job well done! And...don`t stop. Routine is the momentum that keeps us going.
