    Bell Times First Bell will ring at 7.35am each morning. School will end at 13h45 every day. Learners left in the Waiting area after 4pm are left at your own risk. Textbooks must be looked after. Learners will be fined for lost or damaged textbooks

    Academics Learners are expected to complete homework, read English and Afrikaans books and practice their Maths Times Tables daily. This is non negotiable if they wish to pass at the end of this term. Homework diaries must be signed by parents. Stationery / Books There are still a number of learners who have not covered their books!!! This in unacceptable. Please ensure that all books are covered. Assessment Formal Tests will be written in the FIRST week of March. Pass Requirements 50 % - English 40% - Afrikaans 40% - Maths Security It has been reported by a number of drivers that taxis transporting Sharonlea learners are driving recklessly along Malibongwe and that these taxis are overloaded. Parents, your childs safety is your responsibility!! Please take the time to inspect these taxis who you have entrusted to transport your children. Scholar Patrol / Security Guards Please be advised that our security guards and scholar patrol learners main function is to keep your children safe. Please respect them and adhere to the rules. It has been reported that some parents are verbally abusive and refuse to follow instructions.
