Dear Students:

This Friday, October 23 is Filipiniana. The student-run Philippine Culture Club has decided to focus this year's event on
supporting those affected by the recent flooding. Please get involved with these efforts as we celebrate the culture of our
beautiful host country, the Philippines.

Parents and teachers will have an opportunity to talk during this week's Parent Teacher Conferences on Monday, October 19
and Tuesday, October 20 from 1:00—6:00 P.M. With your parents check PowerSchool to see your progress and level of
achievement. Please be aware of the modified schedule and make the necessary arrangements to get picked up at 12:00
noon.

Student pictures will take place this week. These will be the Salinlahi pictures so make sure you're ready to give your best
smile!
