NUTRITION MONTH PROGRAM PAPER

 JULY 23, 2019 – Nutri-Parade


a. Assembly time will be at 06:30AM at the NSDGA-ER Grounds.
b. Participants are requested to come in their PE Uniforms with their improvised costumes.
c. There will be a short program after the parade.
d. After the program, K-1 and K-2 students may go home. Regular Classes will resume for the Grade 1, 2, and 4 students.

 JULY 24, 2019 – Poster and Slogan Making Contest


a. The contest will be conducted at the Library.
b. Time limit will be 50 minutes.
c. The participants can use any media for their work – oil pastel, water color, crayons, markers, and the like. For their
canvas, the required material will be a ½-sized illustration board.
d. The participants will work on the theme: “Kumain Nang Wasto At Maging Aktibo…Push Natin ‘To!”

 JULY 25, 2019 – Egg Sandwich Making


a. The activity is open to all students from Grade 1 to 3.
b. The class adviser will assign the ingredients that will be brought by the student.
c. Each student is required to wear aprons and food gloves for hygiene purposes.
d. The students will be the one to consume what they have prepared.

 JULY 26, 2019 – Cook Fest


a. The contest is open to all Junior High School students. As agreed upon, the Grade 7 students will be divided into three
groups while the Grade 8 and 9 students will be considered as one group.
b. Each participant will be allotted a budget of FORTY PESOS (PhP 40.00) per participant is allotted for this contest. The
budget will be used for the marketing and preparation of the meal the group has chosen. Any excess amount will be
returned equally to the members of the group.
c. The group will be allowed to bring cooked rice to maximize the use of the time allotted for the preparation of the
meal.
d. Each group will be given a maximum of TWO (2) HOURS to prepare the meal and set the table.
e. The participants are requested to wear aprons and use food gloves in the preparation of the meal for hygiene
purposes.
f. After the judging, the group will now partake of the food they prepared.

 JULY 30, 2019 – Culminating Activity


a. There will be TWO (2) sessions to accommodate the morning and afternoon sessions:
b. After the program, regular classes will be held except for the K-1 and K-2 students.
