Dear Parent,

The following will be the operation schedule of the school starting Monday, January 31st.

a) Grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 will have 100% regular schooling from Monday, January 31st onwards;
there will be no online classes for them.

b) KG 1 and KG 2 will also have 100% regular schooling on all days; there will be no online classes.

c) Grade 1 to 8 will have blended learning (combination of regular classes and distance learning).
Those students, who have opted for regular schooling in the recent survey held for parents, can
come to school from Monday to Thursday, while others can continue their online classes at home.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND CLASSES IN THE SCHOOL

a) All students coming to school, from KG to Grade 12 must produce their PCR negative result
taken within 96 hours before Monday, January 31st. After this, every two weeks all have to
repeat their PCR tests and produce the negative result; they must have the green pass on the Al
Hosn App to enter the school campus. It is important that all students submit their PCR results
to their respective class teachers on Sunday, January 30th.
b) The parents must provide an undertaking, pledging that they will abide by the school
guidelines for attending the school.
c) Those who have travelled and arrived in UAE recently, must furnish a Travel Declaration Form
with all details filled in, along with the Covid-19 PCR test result.

REVISED SCHOOL TIMINGS FROM JANUARY 31st

For Kindergarten (KG), the arrival time is 7.55 am and the dispersal is at 12.00 pm. (entry and exit through Gate 3)
For Grade 1 to 12, the arrival time is 7.25 am and the dispersal is at 1.55 pm. (entry and exit through Gate 2)

PARENT ORIENTATION PROGRAMME ON COVID-19 PROTOCOL TO BE OBSERVED WHILE IN SCHOOL

There will be an orientation programme for students and parents as per the following schedule to create awareness
about the safety precautions to be followed while at home, while in the bus and school.
