Dear Parents,

The end of the SY 2022-2023 is very memorable to the elementary students for it signifies the
completion of their Grade School days. In this regard, we would like to inform you that the celebration of the
Moving Up, Batch 2022-2023, will be held on May 24, 2023, Wednesday, at the Henry Lee Irwin Theatre,
Ateneo De Manila, Katipunan Road, Q.C. To make this occasion a meaningful one, we will be having a
contribution of Php 2,000 to defray the cost of materials needed for graduation.

This includes the following materials:

· Graduation Picture
· Diploma with Case Holder
· Toga Rental
· Venue Rental
· Sound System
· Stipend for the Priest (Baccalaureate Mass)

In preparation for this very special event, please take note of the following schedule:

April 17-30 Clearance Weeks

May 2 12:00 – 3:00 pm 4th Periodic Exams - English, Filipino and AP

May 3 12:00-3:30 4th Periodic Exams - Math, Science and Values

May 5 7:00 – 10:00 am Graduation Picture Taking

Please wear a costume that corresponds to your child's ambition

May 8,9 10,12 & 15 12:00 – 4:00 pm Graduation Practice

May 17 9:00 am – 11:00 am General Rehearsals at Henry Lee Irwin Theatre

Ateneo De Manila, Katipunan Road, Q.C.

May 19 9:00 am Baccalaureate Mass, OLOF Church

May 24 1:00 pm Graduation Day, Henry Lee Irwin Theater
