1. The office announces the conduct of the Regional Lead School for the Arts in
Angono (RLSAA) Admission for incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 for School Year
2024-2025 on April 6, 2024, and April 13, 2024, at Tanghalang Lucio D. San
Pedro, Regional Lead School for the Arts in Angono, Angono, Rizal.

2. Attached herewith are the following:

a. Schedule of Entrance Exam Artistic Encounter Test

b. Working Committee
c. Program for the Artistic Encounter Test on April 13, 2024

3. Teachers are expected to be guided accordingly of the following:

a. All teachers are expected to accomplish the assigned tasks and coordinate
all concerns to the Admission Coordinator, Mr. John Heubert DR. Vitor.

b. Test writers are expected to submit the test questionnaires immediately on

March 27, 2024 (Wednesday) for checking and validation.

c. Teachers assigned for the dissemination of messages containing details of

the entrance examination shall be done from March 26, 2024, to March 27,
2024. Teachers must use only the template provided by Mrs. Lira Mae P.
Martinez.

d. Class advisers of the assigned room (Grade 10 – LA, Grade 10 – LDSP, Grade
9 – CVF, Grade 9 – RO, Grade 7 – LK) for the entrance examination should
ensure the cleanliness of the room a day before the date of the examination.

e. Room examiners are expected to be at the school before the start of the
examination to avoid a delay in the flow of the activities. All test papers
must be checked immediately and submitted to Mr. John Heubert DR. Vitor
for consolidation.

f. All requirements for the Artistic Encounter Test must be updated and

submitted to Mr. Reinier C. Balingit by March 25, 2024, in preparation for

the orientation of the parents of the student-applicants regarding the
audition procedures and requirements.

g. All teachers are required to attend and accomplish their tasks in the
conduct of the Artistic Encounter Test. Communicate the information with
the Art Specialists to encourage them to participate and collaborate with
the art area teachers in selecting qualified applicants.

h. Responsibility for the selection of the qualified applicants will be decided by

both the art area teachers and art specialists. Teachers must ensure that a
fair decision is made.

i. Art area teachers may proceed immediately to the interview of the

applicants and their parents right after completing and announcing the list
of qualified applicants.

j. All teachers are expected to strictly follow the timeframe of the artistic
audition to avoid conflicts on the flow of the activity.

k. All teachers are required to wear the RLSAA’s white T-shirt on the day of
the Artistic Encounter Test (AET).

l. The list of qualified applicants must be submitted on the same day to Mr.
John Heubert DR. Vitor for the consolidation and posting of the results to
the school’s official Facebook Page.

4. Food and refreshments will be provided to all teachers who will render services
at weekends for the conduct of the activities relative to the admission.

5. Teachers assigned for the dissemination of message containing details of the

entrance examination will be given a hundred pesos (P100.00) worth of load
charge to school’s fund.

6. All teachers are required to attend the orientation on Monday, March 25, 2024,
at 1:30 pm at the Office Lounge, regarding the designation of tasks on the
conduct of the JHS and SHS Admission for S.Y. 2024 – 2025.
