1. This Office announces the acceptance of applications for Senior High School
Teaching Positions in the Schools Division Office of Rizal. The qualification
standards as per DepEd Order Nos. 3, s. 2016 and 51, s. 2017 are as follows:

3. If your documents are stored in your google drive, access shall be given to
rizal.hrmo@deped.gov.ph upon submission of documents for fast conduct of initial
evaluation. Applicants who will not be able to give access to the abovementioned
email address will be disqualified automatically.

4. Documents will be evaluated using the DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2016, Hiring
Guidelines for Senior High School (SHS) Teaching Positions Effective School Year (SY)
2016-2017 and DepEd Order No. 51, 2017, Amended Qualification Standards for
Senior High School Teaching Positions in the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track
and Other Clarifications on the Hiring Guidelines.

5. For applicants who are already teaching with DepEd either in elementary or
JHS, DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007 entitled Revised Guidelines on the Appointment
and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions

shall apply for applicants for Teacher II to III positions, and MEC Order No. 10, s.
1979 entitled Implementing Rules and Regulations for the System of Career
Progression for Public School Teachers shall apply for applicants for Master I to II
positions, except for the provision on the Computation of Points of said Orders. Part
VII (Evaluation Criteria and Computation of Points) as specified in DO No. 3, s. 2016
shall apply instead.

6. Original copy of documents must be presented during the conduct of


evaluation of documents, thus, only those documents will be given corresponding
points.

7. Deadline of submission is on or before November 17, 2021, 5:00 PM.


Submission of documents / additional documents beyond the deadline will not be
entertained.
