Instructions:

1. For Week No. column, identify the week number as indicated in the Budget of Work that we use as our reference.
2. For MELCs column, copy and paste the MELCs for this learning area and grade level.
3. For KSAVs column, tag the MELC as to its KSAVs. Use your outputs in Template 2 in accomplishing this column. Use the legend below as your guide.
- K = Knowledge
- S = Skills
- AV = Attitude/Values
4. For Competency Categorization column, use the outputs in Template 3. Use the legend below as your guide.
- CPT = Competency with Performance Task
- CCT = Competency with Conventional Testing
- COA = Competency with Optional Assessment
- CCD = Competency with Continuing Development
5. For the Assessment Tools column, identify the assessment tools or procedures that may be used by teachers in assessing the achievement of the given
MELC.
6. For Points of Integration columns, copy and paste the outputs in Template 4.
7. For Local Curriculum Content (LCC) column, IF AVAILABLE, you may identify the different local curriculum content that may be used in teaching
the MELC. This may include poems, songs, stories, etc. that uniquely come from CALABARZON.
