Subject: Monitoring of Classrooms

YOUTH FOR ENVIRONMENT IN SCHOOLS ORGANIZATION

Date: November 9, 2023

In relation to the monitoring of classrooms by the Youth for Environment in School

Organization (Yes-O), through the Office of the Assistant Principals and Office of
the Principal, the organization would like to inform the SGHs and Teachers on the
following information;

1. The Youth for Environment in School Organization (Yes-O) will roam and monitor the
cleanliness and management of every class on all strands.
2. The said monitoring will be held every Thursday.
3. The officers of the YES Organization will be in charge of the monitoring.
4. The most outstanding classrooms will be recognized and rewarded in the month of
December.
5. The awards for these are; Zero-Waste Classroom, Most Neat Classroom, Most
Performing Classroom, and Most Outstanding Class Adviser.
6. Immediate dissemination is directed.
