Subject: CONDUCT OF STUDENTS’ ORIENTATION ON GUIDANCE

PROGRAM AND SERVICES

1. In relation to the Republic Act No. 11206 otherwise known as the

Secondary Career Guidance and Counseling Act of 2010, the Guidance and
Counseling Center will continue to provide guidance services among
secondary students highlighting the career counseling, referral system and
peer mentoring program.
2. In connection, urging advisers and advocates to provide 10-15
minutes of their classroom time for a facilitated activity to take place
between September 1-6, 2023 to provide the “Orientation on Guidance
Program and Services for secondary students”, power point presentation
will be provided by the Guidance Counselor II.
3. This office shall adhere to the Equal Opportunity Principle (EEOP), in
all steps to be undertaken for this activity. Hence, all decisions and actions
shall be based solely on guidelines set forth with no discrimination on the
account of age, gender and identity, sexual orientation, civil status,
disability, religion, ethnicity, or political affiliation.
