MID-YEAR ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN SCIENCE

KEY RESULT AREAs (KRAs)

I. TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS

1. Conducted Diagnostic Tests in Science Grades 4 to 6.
2. Conducted 1st and 2nd Quarterly Assessment Science Grades 4 to 6.
3. Submitted MEAN and PL for the first and second quarter
4. Submitted Monitoring Tool on the Utilization of Learning Resources

II. PUPILS’ DEVELOPMENT/STUDENTS’ OUTCOMES

1. Grades 4 to 6 selected learners participated in the District Science Quest Elimination Round
2. 6 grade 6 learners registered and participated in the Division search for Science Stars and
Camp 2023 one of which were contestants of the Science quest while the other 5 were part of
the Innovative Science Tent Calabanga Team.

III. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

1. Established and maintain harmonious relationship between the school and community

IV. PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

1. Attended District Science Coordinators conference.
2. The School Science coordinator attended the Division Training Workshop on Development of
Worksheets for Home-based laboratory Experiments at Naga Regent Hotel, Naga City last September
27-30, 2022
3. The School Science Coordinator attended the Finalization of Worksheets for Home-based
laboratory Science Experiments at Pili National High School last November 10-12, 2022.
4. Science Teachers participated in the Division Search for Science STARS and Camp held last
February 2 to 4, 2023 at Calabanga West District.
5. The Science Teachers from Grades 4 to 5 coached learners to compete in the the District
Elimination Round for the Science quest.
6. Two teachers were chosen to be part of the Calabanga Team to compete in the making of Science
Innovative tent during the Search for Science STARS and Camp 2023
7. Four teachers teaching Science and four teachers not teaching Science attended training about mini-
film documentary editing and making about Climate Mitigation and development of Science
Investigatory Project.
