    The R.S. Via Letter No.P1123/27-114782, Dt. 10.04.2013 rejected the


    Claim and informed that the IS had to forward a new indent for repair of the
    aggregate in Russia.

    Russian side to
    forward the item.

    The R.S. Via Letter No. P1123/27-125489, Dt. 20.06.2013 forwarded a reply
    requesting to make payment for the expenses of the R.S. for a total amount
    of 10050.00 USD.
    During MTR of 30th IRSA meeting Russian side forwarded a letter No.
    P1123/27-15500, Dt. 14.11.2013 enclosing invoice for transfer of the
    amount.

    Dt.08.10.2012 for replacement
    of defective item Main Fuel
    Pump (HP-59AHT, Sl. No.
    33912104031HT).

    Vide Letter No. HAL/ED-KPT/PROJ/P12/2013/720, Dt. 31.12.13. Russian


    side has been informed about the transfer of the amount.
    Claim Report No. HAL/KPT/RD-33 SR.3/2012/036, Dt.08.10.2012 for
    replacement of defective item Main Fuel Pump (HP-59AHT, Sl. No.
    33912104031HT) was forwarded to the R.S. via Letter No. HAL/EDKPT/PROJ/P12/2012/618, Dt.08.10.2012.

    Russian side to
    forward the item.

    The equipment has been delivered to Moscow. During MTR of 30 th IRSA


    meeting Russian side promised to forward the conclusion of the claim in
    Nov-Dec 2013.
    Russian side vide letter No.P1123/27-151832, Dt. 20.12.2013 informed that
    the claim is rejected as the defect is caused during operation.

    of defective articles.

    Claim Report No. HAL/KPT/RD-33 SR.3/2012/038, Dt.13.10.2012 for


    replacement of 2 defective BPR-88 Ser. 4 was forwarded to the R.S. via
    Letter No. HAL/ED-KPT/PROJ/P12/2012/651, Dt.13/10/2012.

    The equipment has been delivered to Moscow. During MTR of 30 th IRSA


    meeting Russian side promised to forward the conclusion of the claim in
    Nov-Dec 2013.

    batch of supplies.
    Vide Airway bill No. 176-5242 4400, Dt. 11.12.2013 a batch of 12 oil tanks
    and 50 spark plugs has been received.
