February 19, 2014 Ms. Robin Jones University of Miami 2600 College Blvd. Miami, FL 96231 Dear Ms. Jones: We are excited to inform you that we have our Hilltop room available April 15, until 4:00 pm. This room can hold up to 300 people and has a fabulous view of the University to enjoy during your lunch. To answer your questions: 1. 2. We will reserve the room from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm for your event. This should allow plenty of time to set up and take down. We do have audiovisual equipment available. For first time customers we have the reduced prices, the screen will be free but we do charge $75 from $150 for the projector. For the projector please contact Ron Reynolds, Guest Service Manager, at 555-1101. He will also help set up for your convenience. If you need any other equipment for your lunch let us know and we can try and help you with, for also the reduced price. For your price range of we have the Lasagna Meal or the Chicken Salad Sandwich Meal. Both come with water and tea and a side salad and includes tax and gratuity Lasagna Meal $18 o Very delicious three layered lasagna and garlic bread. Chicken Salad Sandwich Meal $15 o Hearty chicken salad sandwich on a croissant roll and fresh fruit. For an addition $2 a plate you could have cherry cheesecake or rhubarb pie added to each meal.
