Congratulations! We do have the room available you want to use. The
rooms name is the Hilltop room. It has a great view and will be quite
suitable for you to use for this spectacular event.

It seats 300 people, so it will be plenty of room. It is open from 8

a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 15, 2015. This should give you plenty of
time to set up and tear down as well without being rushed.

To your ability there is audiovisual that is available. There is also

a tech man name Ron Reynolds. He is the Guest Services
Manager and will be able to help you set up and run the
equipment, as you need it. The screen to project the image on is
free, the project is not, but we are willing to cut the price of
rental from $150 to $75 since you are a using this for such a
good cause we are willing to give you a discount on it.

We have many lunch options available for you. The first one is
chicken breast with a vegetable medley for $16, next we have
spaghetti and bread sticks for $17 and then chicken Alredo pasta
for $18. Then if youd like to have a drink, we can add a drink for
$2 per plate if you wish to add that in. Feel free to pick your own
and let us know on March 15, 2015, with your selection.

This will be a lovely place for you and your people to enjoy a banquet
at. We hope to hear from you by March 15, 2015, for your selection of
the Mountain Top Inn and Suites and Hilltop room.
