Respected sir/Madam, On behalf of CYSS (Chhattra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti) team Uttarakhand, we are delighted to tell you that, on the proud occasion of 23rd March (Shahid Diwas of Amar Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Amar Saheed Rajguru and Amar Saheed Sukhdev), we have decided to conduct an intercollege debate competition for the same venue will be Arya Samaj Mandir, Subhash Nagar, Clement Town, Dehradun. The topics for the debate competition will be:1. Governance through the concept of Swaraj, Merits and Demerits. 2. Capitalism Vs Socialism. 3. Student Politics in student life, for Good or for Bad.
