Principal Accountabilities:

1. Design and Optimization of LTE/ UMTS /GSM & CDMA Wireless Networks 2. Provide mentoring, assistance, training to junior engineers for design related issues; 3. Prepare/review prepared RF affidavits and documentation to support site development and zoning requirements and present at zoning hearings as required; 4. Detailed analysis of difficult/design restrictions and solutions (ie: physical limitations, co-locations, EMF limitations); 5. Design recommendations for overlay networks such as LTE/UMTS/CDMA/EVDO/GSM 6. Design recommendations for integrated/converted networks (ie: blue to orange, nokia to ericsson, etc); 7. Assist with traffic planning, BSS planning for new cell integration; 8. Project management for small to mid size design projects/conversions/etc.; 9. Project management support for small to medium size projects (ie: system retunes, large parameter changes, re-homes, etc.); 10. Detailed analysis of counters to determine network performance fixes; 11. Extensive analysis of network parameters for optimization of KPIs; 12. Creation and validation of frequency plans for large area/clusters; 13. Neighbor audits and analysis for extensive areas/dual band/dual vendor systems balance, timing advance, hardware issues, etc); 14. Creation and presentation of RF performance reports to internal and external customers; 15. High level analysis of system performance and counters to affect positive change in KPIs; 16. Creation/development of in-house tools (excel, access) to speed up analysis of RF performance data (ie: scripts, macros, etc); and 17. Creation and evaluation of procedures for improving network performance analysis and management.
