Supply List
2 boxes of 24 crayons 1 box will be used for Whole

Class Use 1 box of 8 Washable Markers Whole Class Use 1 Medium Bottle of White Glue 1 box of dry erase markers Whole Class Use 10 glue sticks (1.27 oz. large size) Whole Class Use 1 pair of fiskar scissors 2 boxes of tissues (100 Count) 1 24 pack no. 2 yellow pencils Whole Class Use A small supply box to hold your childs supplies.

Uniform Policy
Student are required to adhere to a dress code. Tops: Students must wear a solid red, black or white

colored polo that must have the rock school logo embellished on it. Bottoms: Students must wear solid khaki or black pants or shorts. Shorts must come to or right above the knees. Girls may wear khaki or black skorts. Only Rock School Jackets will be permitted to wear inside during school hours. Any other types of casual jackets may only be worn outside. -For example, for P.E. the winter time. Suggested brands to try: Dockers, AmericanToast, Dickies, and Cherokee

Attendance Policy
All classes School starts promptly at 8:30 am.

If you child is tardy, he or she will need to get a tardy

slip from the Front Office. Please see the information packet regarding tardiness. Please contact the school as soon as possible if you know your child will be absent from school. More than 10 absences may cause your child to fall behind in their classes which may effect their grade at the end of the terms.

Snacks and Lunch


Please provide a morning snack and after noon

snack for your child. Keep in mind that the school will not allow your child to eat candy, or high-sugar foods for morning snack. If you bring your child a heat up lunch, please make sure you have the containers clearly labeled. The school does provide catered lunches that are available Tuesday Friday and You must fill out an order form for the week. ***Forms must be turned in on Monday! ***You must have one form per child!

Communication Folders
You child will have his or own Teal Communication

Folders that I will use for important documents, homework, notes, artwork and newsletters.
*** Please check your childs Folder daily!

Reminders
Safety Reminder: Please send your child in tennis

shoes only. No flip flops or elevated soles. made for athletics. Bring 1 blanket and 1 pillow for your child. Please make sure these items are clearly labeled.
