ARMANIUS ABRINCIA RALLECA, all of legal age, Filipino Citizens, married to FAITH CABADING RALLECA, resident of Santor, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan, hereinafter called the DONEE: WITNESSETH That the DONOR is the absolute owners of parcel of land, described below: A parcel of land identified as Lot No. 4318, Pls-746, with an area of 3,118 square meters more or less and covered by TCT No. T-3251 located at Barangay Santor, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan.
