Hard HO CS SR(%)
100 * VS.MBand.HO.SuccOutCS / VS.MBand.HO.AttOutCS Depend on network configuration, the formula is focus on Multi-Band Frequency Hard Handover. It is only a sub-set of HHO and only useful if the network has multiband UMTS configuration There is no complete set of counters to differentiate the HHO into CS and PS domain.

Traffic
The rest of KPI formulas used in this category has no major problem. Make sure the sum of counters need to be divided by the number of samples in the collected period. Suggest to add following formula for tracking the number of HSDPA and HSUPA users
