Middle: Children use materials to make their jewelry ideas.

Extensions (Modifiers): Teacher models by making her own jewelry pieces and assisting the children if needed. End: Discuss with children what they have made.

Follow-up Ideas: Make jewelry with cereal and licorice for a special treat.
