FunCity Amusement Compensation Policy

FunCity is committed to responsible compensation practices. The need to reward FunCitys employees fairly and competitively based on performance is balanced with the requirement to do so within the context of principled behavior and actions, particularly in the areas of risk, compliance, and control.

Types of Positions Defined

Fulltime Positions Fulltime positions are that which have regularly scheduled hours and are not temporary or on-call. Fulltime positions can be nine month or twelve month positions and must be paid based on their appointment; i.e. nine-month employees cannot be paid over a twelve month period unless contractual for an exempt employee. Temporary Positions Temporary positions are used for various reasons to include events and outdoor projects, employee absences, short term support and/or sporadic and non-recurring assignments. Temporary employees may be assigned to one temporary position or may fill consecutive short term and/or part time temporary positions. Temporary employees are not considered regular employees of the organization.

Work Schedule
FunCity operates a shift Schedule for its Fulltime Employees and Flexible on Call Schedules for its Temporary Employees. We operate 2 Shifts a day 7 days a week for Fulltime Employees with 2 days off.

Positions and Roles

The Total Compensation decision reflects the impact of the employees roles and functions, and its value within the organization. Total Compensation is influenced by the market value

for a particular role, relative to predetermined organization business results and individual performance goals. The employees demonstrated skills, capabilities, criticality and experience are contributing factors in determining Total Compensation.
