Position: A1 Outdoor Ltd ( Dar es salaam HQ ) is looking at recruiting young, energetic and well-spoken recent graduates into their Management trainee role. The role offers a rotational opportunities to work in Sales, Finance, Operational and Estate within this growing business. Roles and Duties First step in the role will be an intensive 12-week Management training program. This offers thorough training in all the four departments of the business. Ideally you would work under one department on a 3-month rotational basis. At first roles and duties will be mixed and would vary depending on your experience and qualifications

After completing the programme the best candidate will be placed into a permanent position in each of the four departments acting as Assistants to the respective HODs.
